Glossary of Terms for a Series

Regarding The Demonica Compendium: This is mainly a glossary of terms with a few short stories. I believe this needs to be added to the Demonica series, although I'm not sure how to number it. I know I would have liked to know it existed earlier in the series than when I discovered it.
