Danny touched his brush against the blank canvas and began to make long brush strokes to match the outline he drew earlier.
Leila walked into the Art Class late as always, thinking about she's done in the parking lot. God that was embarrassing.
Danny focused on his painting, making sure the colors he mixed together were just right. As he began to add in the details he accidently wiped paint on his face.
Leila's photography instincts made her instantly raise her cam and take a picture of Dan. She looks at the photo then chuckles hoping the teacher doesn't comment.
Danny smiled when he started painting in the girls eyes. What people didn't know was that the painting was an abstract drawing of Leila a girl whom he has been admiring from afar ever since he moved here.
Leila walked over. "Hey, is that you?" She asked seriously showing him the picture on her screen. She then sat on the stool next to him.
Danny blushed while he turned his painting away from her. He then wiped his hands on his smock and settled his face so he wouldn't give anything away. "Indeed it is," he said looking at the camera.
"I'm Danny," he smiled, "and don't worry about it. When you see the perfect photo oppurtunity you just have to take it, I understand."
"Of course," he went over to his bag and took out his vintage camera, "Bought this baby online, it was totally worth the money I paid."
((Oops didn't see the notif.))"They always are! This is Flash" she patted her Cam. "So what are you working on" she tried peeking at his canvas.
"You looked engrossed in it so it's not nothing" she said giving up on ever seeing this painting. She pulled her canvas towards her trying to get some ideas.
"Its not nothing, its just not ready to be seen," he shrugged. He took a moment while she turned away to jump up and down in excitement then stopped masking his excitement with a calm and cool face.
"I won't forget you know. I Will see it someday" she said back. She started dabbing some red on her canvas not knowing exactly what's her next step.
"I don't know," he started painting on his canvas again, finishing it off, "It may never be done."
"There's no such thing as undone" saying matter of factly. "Once you feel you can't add more to it, then it's done" she was starting to get lost in tye strokes of her brush against the canvas.
((Okay this is the painting and its black and white not abstract ill fix the comments. http://static.designspiration.net/dat... ))
((Ooh that's pretty!!))"Yayyy" she squeaked idiotically and turned her stool. "God. It's beautiful!" She whispered. It looks a great deal like herself.
"I bet" she was speechless. "Someday, you'll paint one of me" she stated and turned her stool back facing her painting.
She blushed "why" she was confused. "You don't know me" she felt butterflies flutter in her stomach.
"I'm a painter, when I see something worth painting, I'm going to paint it," he smiles at her, "and you are the perfect subject, I'm sorry if it affends you."
"I am offended indeed" frowning she continued " I mean, i'm much prettier than that!" She pouted. When she saw the expression on his face she broke into a laugh."I'm kidding, you're such a loser!" Trying to hide her pleasure building up her chest.
"Hey, you get that I'm joking right?" She looked at his sulking figure. How come she never met him before today.
"Um, yeah, I just moved out of my parents place," he took his smock off, "my first day was two weeks ago though."
Leila squeaked and tried to duck but failed. "Okay okay, you're doing great! You'e keeping up perfectly!"
"Good thing you admitted it, I was about to throw more paint," he laughed and combed through his hair not knowing he got paint all over him.
He looked in the mirror, "Oh dear me," he walked towards her, "there's something on my face," he got closer, "do you see it, do you see that there?" He rubbed the paint off of his face and onto hers.
"Dammit okay fine, you wanna dance?" She grabbed her brush from behind her and poked his face with the wet brush
Leila took of her glasses, and tied her hair up in a bun. She sank both her hands in paint buckets and started stamping all over him. "Oh i'm bringing it all on!"
