The book im looking for is from the 70's I think, I also believe that it is a Harlequin novel. Twin sisters one is a movie star and switches places with her sister becasue she needs a break from the business and wants to run away and get married. The sister posing as the movie star is taken by a man who likes the movie star and holds her captive in Sardinia Italy and she falls in love with him. I remember the descriptions of Sardinia were beautiful. Thanks
