New Book to Add: Heroes and Hearts

I'm having some trouble adding my book to the author program. The book is published on Amazon and I'm starting my book tour in a few days but while I've added the book I can't seem to find it and when I try to add it again figuring maybe I didn't complete the process it says it already exists. The problem is I can't find it and neither can my publisher. I also need to add the cover photo which I also can't do since I can't find the book;) I would also like to synch the author profile with my own but I can't start the process because, yep, I can't find the book. Did I completely screw this up? Can someone help me?

It's fixed. You actually added it but the title was incorrect. The series should not be manually added in the title. It's fixed now. You can claim your authors profile from here:

adding the series to the title is fine, as long as it follows the GR standard

manual states:
If the book is part of a series, that information may be included within parentheses following the title. The standard accepted format on Goodreads is as follows:

(Series Name, #_)
