He laughed huskily, smirking.

He sighed, wanting to kiss her again but not being able to take the rejection.
Gwen threw a plastic blown volleyball at him, grinning.
He smiled, really sighing on the inside.
Gwen chuckled. "Come on, lets play."
"Okay, if you drop it, you have to do something," she grinned at him.
"The ball idiot," she teased.
"Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo," she laughed.
"Just because it's my birthday, you shouldn't let me win all the time!" she laughed.
She laughed and got out of the river.
She grinned at him, rolling her eyes.
"So, what now pretty boy?" she teased.
He laughed softly. "Don't say pretty, pretty sounds gay"
"Gay," she grinned, and then laughed. "So what should I call you then? Handsome muscular male," she teased.
"Well then, handsome muscular male, what is the next surprise?" she grinned.
"Okay, and what is it?" she smiled.
"Oh my god. I love those!" she laughed.
"Me too!" He chuckled. "I managed to boil some of the water to put it in. Want chicken and mushroom or beef and tomatoes?"
"Chicken and mushrooms! That's my favorite!" she smiled widely at him. He made her feel so happy.
"Fine, I'll have the beef and tomatoes"
"Thank you," she kissed his cheek happily and took his hand.
Gwen followed him, smiling more. It was a beautiful day.
Once he made it he handed it to her. "Bon appetite"
Gwen grinned and took it. She took a deep whiff. "Oh, it smells so good," she murmured, starting to eat.
Gwen ate more and more, happily. She had missed it. "God, this tastes amazing."
Gwen laughed when he said that, and finished hers.
