Waiting for the release of a book you really really want?

Sooooooooo, I love reading series. The only issue to that is you have to keep waiting for the next books to come out. I have issues with waiting. Really.
Anyway, my question is, how do you cope with the wait for books your really want? And what book do you want the most that is coming out this year?
There are a lot of books I want this year, but I would definitely say Divergent #3.

i want Magic Rises and Heart of Obsidian. I have read the Kate Daniels series like thrice and I still can't get enough. I finish one book and I want to read it again. No books had me soo addicted. Can't wait for Heart of Obsidian either.. Literally counting the days. I also want Up from the Grave . Have read the night huntress series also like 5 times and I still want more.

I can wait because my house is filled with so many other good picks, I have a habit of reading two at a time going back and fourth between the stories depending on what mood I'm in.

Well to cope I first cry my eyes out for days regretting reading the series before its complete, then after coming to terms with having to wait I think about the book constantly and dream about it a d think of what the next book will be like, and I have a white board that counts down the days of like 5 books that waiting for and pray that the days go by quickly before I lose my mind. As you can see I have very good patience.

Ha ha! I'm waiting for the next book in the Game of Thrones series... there are so many character and plot arcs that I'm afraid I'll forget them before it comes out!

Im also dying for the next (last) book of Divergent series. I am really excited to find out if the humanity learnt from the past or is it going to head for another disaster.
The other book I'm waiting for is the last book of the trilogy "Darkness before dawn". I usually don't start a book if all the books in the series are not out yet but I was too curious with the above two trilogies
