In the Games maybe a thread which is how you envision the poster about you? No-one would need to give anything whether or not the person was even vaguely right with their description and who knows if it would be fun but it might :).

Stupid? Never. I had no idea what Tumblr was until I asked someone :P
Tumblr is a website - Tumblr.com. Basically it's a social website (correct me- Tumblr members :P). Like Pinterest or GR. You create a blog from which others reblog things of interest . . . Of which gifs are a big part. It's a very popular site, specially with Fangirls/boys, and so there's a load of fandom stuff on there. It's pretty awesome.
