Yes, on the front page it'll say you are a member of this group and also 'edit' somewhere. If you click edit, you'll be able to leave the group.

:/Above all the discussions, it'll say 'you are a member' and then beside that a link that says 'edit membership'

So under the big banner at the very top of the group page, there's a description of the group.
Then in small print under that, it says You are a member. Edit Membership / Group Info.
So then click on Edit Membership.
Then it should take you to a screen that says My Membership in bold at the top. Then it has the dates you joined the group, and right under that it should say Leave this group.
Click on that!
That's pretty much it. Hope that's helpful.
