Hello! On the interwebs I'm known as Petrichor, or Petra, but I'm afraid I can't share my real name with you. I'm new here on Goodreads, so I'm not QUITE acquainted with everything yet. I'm in quite a few fandoms, some of the more main ones being Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Sherlock, and Merlin. Supernatural is good, but not my favourite. I've checked out this group a bit, and it looks really quite fantastic, so I think I'll cope quite well.

Hello to all DumbleDORKS! This is my first group I have ever joined on Goodreads. The name hooked me in. I am a lifelong geek, dork, or nerd. They all apply to me. I am a huge Harry Potter fan as well as my first foray into literature with J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. It is good to see the group has the only consulting Hobbit. That will come in handy I think. I too, like many of you, enjoy Sherlock as well as science fiction like Doctor Who, Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, and the old Babylon Five was a great show too. (They have some good books on all of these shows as well!) Thank you for having me in the group and I hope to be able to check in at least onc a day if not twice!

Thank you, it is nice to be able to meet people of similar tastes. Trying to explain these books and shows to people who are not into them is exhausting and frequently not worth the time. Although occasionally you do get a convert :)

Thank you, those two shows may have been different in texture, but the feeling and power, (not to mention enjoyment) were the same.

Hello! I'm Andie and I should be writing a research paper, but instead I decided to join this group. I've always been nerdy but I have only recently started to get into fandoms. I love Supernatural, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Hannibal, and a bunch of other stuff. You can most likely count on me to post every weekday in the mornings, considering that is when I have my online class. My procrastination powers are at their peak then.

Nice to meet you guys! Hannibal is a TV show based on the books. It is centered on Will Graham, an ex-fbi investigator, who has come back to work to help them solve a recent murder. He has the ability to picture things through the eyes of a serial killer and understand their motives. It's a pretty good show, (I think so anyways).
