That's so exciting. My husband and I are big fans and were really disappointed when The Dresden Files went off the air.
Jim Butcher will be in Kansas City next week. For more information, follow the links in this event: http://www.goodreads.com/event/show/3...
So if you live in the KC metro area . . .
I have yet to crack the first one, but I have the first 5 sitting on my bookshelf at the recommendation of a friend. I hear that I will do a book a day when I get going, so I am being prepared. Have a blast, Nick!!!!

I've not read these but enjoy the show on SciFi and was sorry to see it go. I'd like to try this series which books woudl fans recommend most?

I've only read the first one, but it is a series with an order to it, so start with Storm Front. I really liked it and will probably read the next one sometime in the next few months.
Aww I wish I had checked this thread in time to call in. I love the Dresden Files series. The books are so much better than the TV series. I finished the first ten books and all the little short stories in less than a month, they are that addicting. I picked up Turn Coat on the release date, and I loved it! I wish he'd write faster...

As many of you know, I am a talk show host for a paranormal themed radio show in Wheeling, WV, Whispers Radio, that is also distributed as a podcast on the net. Tomorrow we are interviewing Jim Butcher on the show about the release of the latest Dresden Files book, Turn Coat.

Feel free to call in! It helps to show the station manager that I am bringing listeners to the show and will hopefully entice advertisers to spend money on the show. If anyone is looking for a popular podcast with inexpensive advertising rate, drop me an email!
If anyone is wondering why I've not been around lately, I am still student teaching and still very busy. Less than a month left now!
