Just started it today and I'm already a fifth of the way through. The sarcasm most of the characters use amuse me. Lol.
Just finished City of Bones today! It was awesome and I'm definitely going to be reading the others. Some of the twists were a little predictable, but the ending was still great. Can't wait to see what you all think!
I can't say about you Brit but I didn't like TID much more than TMI. I just read those cuz of Will :D He's totally amazing, just like Jace and very sarcastic. Although its good to read it because it links with TMI. They all are the ancestors of characters of TMI. I liked it cuz of the ancestral history it showed. I felt there was a bit of less adventure. Just remember "Demon Pox" you'll stumble across that word many times which'll make you laugh.
@Carmen I've read Clockwork Princess. It'll answer all your questions. Best one in the series so far. Epic finale ;)
Yeah. Totally. He needs to be awesome because "many who have gazed upon his face have compared it with the radiance of sun" ;) :D
Oh I would. He's good as Damon but as a Will. Nu uhhh. He should be Douglas Booth. Most of the fan made trailers on YouTube have him as Will and he totally suits the character. Check out if you haven't seen any trailer yet.

I second this notion. :(
I second this notion. :(
I hope taht cassie is right about him beeing like jace in personality but i would have chosen anoter actor
That's exactly what I thought they'll prefer for movies. Now if other instalments will also come out then we'll have to endure him for five more movies. Alex Pettyfer would have been so good as Jace.
At first they hace chosen alex but he turn it down because he disnt want to do more YA films and then he did the casting for four (divergent) bit they didnt choose him
You know what I wanted him as Tobias/Four too. But they chose someone who is so old. He's 28. Can't remember the name of the actor but he looks very old as Tobias. ;( They're doing in justice to the most amazing books :'(
When i saw he was casting for the role of four i thought that at least he will be in the film of a book i like. I loved him as four in i am number four
But it's rumoured that Lauren Kate wants him as Daniel Grigori for Fallen movies. If that happens then I'll be very happy. He's exactly what I imagined Daniel even before I saw Alex. And Fallen series is my fav and first YA books. :D
Yes i have read that a long time ago but i thought that they didnt choose him. He'll be a great daniel :D
Yep. The cast isn't confirmed yet but still he's the one in news as Daniel and Lucy Hale as Lucinda ;)

Synopsis: When fifteen-year-old Clary Fray heads out to the Pandemonium Club in New York City, she hardly expects to witness a murder -- much less a murder committed by three teenagers covered with strange tattoos and brandishing bizarre weapons. Then the body disappears into thin air. It's hard to call the police when the murderers are invisible to everyone else and when there is nothing -- not even a smear of blood -- to show that a boy has died. Or was he a boy?
This is Clary's first meeting with the Shadowhunters, warriors dedicated to ridding the earth of demons. It's also her first encounter with Jace, a Shadowhunter who looks a little like an angel and acts a lot like a jerk. Within twenty-four hours Clary is pulled into Jace's world with a vengeance, when her mother disappears and Clary herself is attacked by a demon. But why would demons be interested in ordinary mundanes like Clary and her mother? And how did Clary suddenly get the Sight? The Shadowhunters would like to know. . . .
Exotic and gritty, exhilarating and utterly gripping, Cassandra Clare's ferociously entertaining fantasy takes readers on a wild ride that they will never want to end.
