Please help! Romance/Fantasy - A modern-day woman is summoned to a medieval-type world, cannot initially speak their language, and sleeps with an attractive man and later falls in love with him (this is a series with several women summoned to the world based on their talents to fight an evil being together in the last book.)I remember each of the women hearing some bell/chime-type noise when they are mysteriously summoned. (One of the women is a doctor-type, another is good with animals, and another is a singer, another two are twins, and so on.) Almost all the women in the series find a mate in this world. I also remember the world having winged-type horses that they used.

Sounds a bit like a series of books by Jean Johnson the first book isThe Sword

I cant quite remember if there were flying horses but then again I havent read the whole series.
