General Question

This question isn't just for Forgive Me, it's a general question. Or maybe it's a complaint.

Why does every person who rates a book retell the plot? I'd like to read through and see what people thought about the book but I don't want to have to wade through each person's synopsis to find their review. That's already been posted at the top of the page beside the picture of the cover. Let's cut to the chase, folks!
