And I didn't read anything after the challenge started yesterday but I'll hopefully have read about 300 pages today :)

Good morning! I plan on spending the next hour laying in bed reading, then I'm going g to a arts and crafts show, provided its not pouring, because it's outside. Then I'm swinging by the library to pick up an audiobook so I can listen, and still count pages, while I grade papers :)

I've posted an update of the last 24 hours or so, I'm off to bed soon, very very tired lol! Might be something to do with getting home at 2 this morning!!

I hope you don't mind, I'm posting the first task as the 'fears' one, I've finished which is about a theme that really does scare me, a global disease pandemic!

I also suggest we do the classic or modern revamp for task two, I've nearly finished and I'll happily start Dracula, Frankenstein or Jekyll and Hyde tomorrow (I've got a few days down time so I can get plenty read :) ) to finish task 2.

and I read and LOVED it! 197 pages. It also had a witch and wolf-shifter in it if you want to use it for one of the books for the second part of the challenge this month.

Hi everyone! I'm updating the group now, tasks 1 and 2 are finished. I was going to suggest using supernatural creatures for 3 and then the spell it outs for 4 &5, I'll see what we can spell with what's been read tomorrow.

If you don't mind, would you be able to post an update, either here or the sister thread, where you let me know the day's total (like Susan's included). I'm getting a little bit confused what's been read when and what I've already counted but I think I've got it right!!

Having decided to not continue to my PhD, I managed to get a full time bank staff position (at least for now) with the organisation I already crewed ambulances for. They put me through a blue light driving course the last two weeks and I had my first shift from the rota today and my first blue light runs. I managed to do three although one included changing job and direction three times!

I love it so far, I really hope I keep enjoying it when I do it full time as it's something I'd think about doing for a career if I do enjoy it.

Once Bitten, The Transformed girl comes Crashing Into You, Breaking the Storm before a Stolen Fury sends a Ray of Light from Dorothy: The Darker Side Of Oz, freeing her from the curse.
