Wait... books 3 and 4 to the RaT... you're going to speed read through them, won't you? There is no way I can keep up... maybe if I start the 4th at the same time you read the 3rd? not even then...

I might require a shove as well :D
@Sonia, what book with Dresden is there a romance? I'm not talking about just sex, but a romance..
Ezinwanyi~For you, Agron wrote: "I might require a shove as well :D"Such enthusiasm for reading that one! :P
Keep reading your guys (my TBR is growing because of you :P)

And when I said BDB, I was talking about Rhage's deal with the virgin goddess to save Mary. Or Z's determination to save Bella. Can't say more because I haven't read the rest
*runs for cover*
And specially, the love conquers all, HEA. There is no such thing in dresden.

You know me so well Sonia. I need Hea or HFN, and so unfortunately, I must give Spike, I mean Harry a kiss goodbye.@tea: are we saving The Witness for next month or listening to it this weekend? It has great reviews.

Is just because I'm still at the same page from
for a few months when I was supposed to get through the series same said months :)

I'm good this weekend if that doesn't mess with your plans :P

(*are we together now?)
Hey, I'm loving the books. I was in the project from hell, remember? After that I had some Curran and Simon getting in the way. I'm getting back to my reading... Z is on my October plans
Yea, I had to give a pause for Curran--favorite quote "Please don't leave me (Don't worry Curran, I'll never leave you, I am a great stalker that way)
Ezinwanyi~For you, Agron wrote: "ummm, I think I need a cigarette.(*are we together now?)"
Nah, there is too much competition for me. My name would never fit nicely with all those guys (Agron, Mira, Crixus, Gannicus & Spartacus, Curran?)
This was one-time only experience.

❀Tea❀ wrote: "This was one-time only experience. ..."yea, I understand. Sounds like I have exhausted you. It's not like you are a gladiator and used to the nightly marathons.
Back to Spartacus tonight :D
Sonia, I forgot we were going to tag-team Summer Knight. I'll rush through 3 and then skip over to working towards finishing Sookie. :D
I emailed puzzle #144 and posted the jigsaw parts of 151 & 155. I am working on #153, but am having problems with it. I absolutely have learned to hate the sliders, so if anyone wants them. :D lol
I have done 157, just need to email it off to Captain Cupcake when I get home tonight. It was a slow day at work and even though I work at a library, I can't read at the front desk. We need to look busy but interruptable.
I can separate '2 books in one' into each book and count them as two books right? I think I am going to switch my books on a challenge in another group so I don't have to read nonfiction and read these instead to give us more books for the September challenge. One in a Million: One in a Million\A Dad for Her Twins and Informed Risk & A Hero for Sophie Jones
I think this might become the month I have read the most books ever in.
Turtlecollector wrote: "I can separate '2 books in one' into each book and count them as two books right? "If there is separate edition on GR and big enough (>160 pg), sure. Who can know what edition you really read? ☺
This computer at work doesn't like to display spreadsheets very well. Are we still missing any puzzles that aren't sliders? I really hate those. I have done 158 but will have to wait until I get home to email it in.

There is doublet #145 if you want to add your name in. :P
OK, I'll post sliders.
Edit: Done :P
I've finished another book. I'll work on adding it to challenges and spreadsheet tomorrow (if you don't beat me to it :P). I'm going to bed now, and not because it's late (it's Sunday here :P) but because I'm freezing.Do you by any chance know a good book with Jack in it? :P
Jack as a character?I really liked listening to
which has a child named Jack as a main character. The CDs had different people reading with the characters and made a stronger impact than just reading it I think. It is told from the child's perspective. Another book that might make Ezi cry? Or maybe just really mad?

I'm not reading the Room anytime soon. I need happy but I may read it next year!2 yr old has strepthroat. This week with sick kids has Been horrible for reading. I hope all these stupid viruses go away and my kiddos are getting back to running around the house.
Tea: I can start our book tomorrow (Monday 9/30) but it might be better to start it Oct 1st to use it for Halloween Hobbit challenge ...what do you think?
Sorry to hear about kids Ezi. Hope they get better soon.1st sounds good to me, but won't that still be too soon? Challenge is starting on 4th :P
Anywhay, at the moment we have only one spot for that book in second part (letter N) so if you want to wait after the challenge, I'm fine with that also.

I hope your kids feel better soon. I hate strep throat. I once got it two years in a row around Christmas-time. At least your kid is still little enough to have liquid medicine. I don't understand why, as adults, they expect us to want to swallow huge pills when it hurts just to swallow water.
CONGRATS:to everybody ,sorry to check in today ,we got a new internet co. for computer ,etc connections put it in ,this has being going on and off since this past thursday ).but now I am back.Jenny
Thanks TC & Tea:I hate anything that hurts the throat too. They are so clingy that its driving me nuts. Caleb wants to sit on my lap even when i go the bathroom.
But we have watched a lot of kiddies movies like Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Spy Kids, Brave, Chicken Little, the Lion King and you tube videos of Gangam Style.Party Rockers, Macarena, a few new songs: axel f, I'm a gummy bear etc.
I'm in need adult company :D
Those are kiddie movies?! Well, I do always feel like kid when I'm watching them. :PI watched Despicable Me the other day. I loved it. I have no idea what took me so long to see it.
Speaking of Nemo, on one of geology classes teacher brought it to show us how reef looks like to give us idea about 'wildlife' and what will become part of rocks later. So she was like, she watched great movie with her kid yesterday and she though it would be great to show it to us. She just needs to find the right part of it (when Nemo goes to school), but, dang it she lost where it was. She starts fast-forwarding it and at right moment whole class (ok it was 10 of us) yells stop! I'm not sure what shocked her most, that we saw that movie or that we knew exactly what part she's looking for. We ended up watching whole movie. :P
Too bad that other teacher didn't bring Ice Age when we were learning about ice age. :P

I am going MIA for a little while today. We are in the middle of a storm and I want to get a few books finished today so I won't be going back to my house and wifi until later tonight.

I think I am going to slow down a bit now that we have enough books for the September challenge and give myself a break before the read-a-thon starts. I do want to really try to get those last 2 nonfiction books finished by the end of tomorrow, though.

[bookcover..."Good job TC. You are cranking them out. I'm going to read 2 more and I'm off to see about my Oct Starter Plan
4 of those came from 2-in-1 books I split up into their separate books. Plus, I have mostly been staying away from GR yesterday and today since we are having a huge windy rainstorm for the past two days and I don't feel like going outside to get back and forth between where I am dogsitting/housesitting and the wifi at my house, which gives me a lot more time for reading. Not many of the distractions(cleaning, craft room, wifi, games, etc.) I would have at my own house exist where I am dogsitting.
