1) Under Fire by Rita Henuber or Until There Was You by Kristan Higgins
2) Cut And Run by Carla Neggers
4) Extreme Exposure (I-Team, #1) by Pamela Clare or Kiss of Midnight (Midnight Breed, #1) by Lara Adrian (both are books I really enjoyed!)

If you don't mind m/m, there is Madeleine Urban

❀Tea❀ (ttea) | 9624 comments OK ladies... second round of 7% for cupcakes....

Team before us is Mango Tango, and team behind is Blastoff Bronze. Those are new colors we can read. Pink/magenta are still working.

Colors for mango:

Probably. If not, we can still use it as red in magenta or with letters. As long as you read it before 19th we'll find some category to fit it in. :D

Melissa (ladybug) | 1048 comments Weekend Reading Update:

I had a little read-a-thon this weekend and finished several books. Although I read and finished the books on 6/28, 6/29 and 6/30, I don't know if they still apply for the points. I will still list the points just to be safe. As always I don't know exactly where to put them, so if the nice mods would be so kind? LOL :D

Love Me If You Must (Patricia Amble, #1) by Nicole Young Unseen by John Michael Hileman
1 pt (379 pgs) 1 pt (331 pgs)

The Princess and the Goblin by George MacDonald Red Velvet Cupcake Murder (Hannah Swensen #16) by Joanne Fluke
10 pts (208 pgs) 1 pt (334 pgs)

Read but does not count for Tower Challenge:

Outcome (Breakers) by Edward W. Robertson

Still reading:

The Hobbit or There and Back Again by J.R.R. TolkienWuthering Heights by Emily BrontëThe Light Between Oceans by M.L. StedmanThe Jungle by Upton SinclairThe Age of Miracles by Karen Thompson WalkerThe Passage (The Passage, #1) by Justin CroninQuiet The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan CainShadow of the Giant (Shadow, #4) by Orson Scott Card

:D I can recommend:

Uglies (Uglies, #1) by Scott Westerfeld . It would match two of your categories. No. 1 and No. 4
Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah . This one is from your TBR shelf also.

Are the totals only from books that have been put on the "read" shelf? Because I come up with different totals for myself for books that I have "read" but haven't completely moved them over to the "read" shelf. :D

6 books 10 pts
2 books 5 pts
12 books 1 pt

Totals before personal read-a-thon: 20 books 82 pts

Totals after personal read-a-thon if apply: 24 books 95 pts (3 books, 1 pt each; 1 book, 10 pts)

I didn't count the books that were under 150 pages

I have sad news. One of our little ones is leaving our Hole.
Karen is having hard time in RL and she decided it would be better to withdraw from this challenge. It's going to be rough time for her and she'll need our support and good vibes, because Once a Hobbit, always a Hobbit.

Karen, we are here for you!

From time to time we have games to keep things interesting (reading games), but you don't have to participate if you don't want to.
There is also Captain Cupcake's Hideout if you want to take a break from reading. ☺

*offers Jordan some pipe-weed*

If you have any questions, ask. ☺
