Jackson kept his eyes on the stars, smiling at Anna on his shoulder.

Anna looked up at his face and saw him smile. She hadn't felt this happy in ages.
She frowned, recalling what happened to her last boyfriend. No, she wasn't going to think about that now, it won't happen again.

Jackson looked over at Anna and kissed her cheek, still smiling at her. He mumbled something.

Anna spun onto him, so that her face was inches away from his and her legs on either side of his body. She whispered: "I love you too".

Anna's eyes brightened. "No ones ever said that to me" she said surprised, but glad.
