Being able to change the default edition is a feature only available to authors who have signed up for the Goodreads Author Program.

You can claim your author profile here: http://www.goodreads.com/author/confi...

Once you have been accepted into the program you will be able to edit your books and set the default edition. Librarians do not have access to this feature, so even after you have become a GR author, we can not help you set this.
