Forthcoming book

This should be an interesting book. Most of the online bookstores are now showing this book with a different cover, reduced time period (1957 - 59) and subtitled Opening the Box. Anyone know if this is correct? Have they abandoned/reduced the original 1957-63 period? I know the first book (Austerity Britain) was subsequently released in paperback as two volumes.

Certainly looks like the publishers (Bloomsbury) have decided to change as the Opening the Box volume is the only one showing on their site too.

I plan to buy this when published, so I wonder if they've used the split to extend the 57-59 volume with more content or just a simple way to tie up the decade.

Have been looking fwd to this one! sure sounds like for whatever reason, he's having trouble getting it done, so the 57-59 yrs are a way to release something.
