Facebook App Timeline Update Messed Up

Some updates were made to the facebook app recently so that reading books do show up in one's timeline. However, it messes up the date. Now when I finish a book, it says I finished it on the day I started it (I think - it may be an arbitrary date in the past) so ends up far down in the timeline.

Is this a known issue?
