The Legacy question

Is this book the prequel to The Unseen? I read somewhere that it was, although I cannot remember where, so now I am asking. I have already started reading The Unseen, but it doesn't matter if I am reading them in the wrong order.
I will probably read this anyway, at some point. I am a fan of Webb already!
