Is there a way to submit awards that books have received (or been a nominee/finalist for) that are not shown in Goodreads?

`Yes. They can be added on the 'edit'screen of the book. Are you able to do it or would you like to post the name of the awards here to be added by a librarian?
Sure. List the book, what it was up for or what it won, and in what year, and category, and one of the librarians can add it for you.
