Ashley (icecheeseplease) I feel that we will mostly be introverts, but I could be wrong!

A cute comic about ints and exts.

I'll start out with one for team introverts!

I started out with being an introvert, then ended up being an extrovert, and now have gone to being an introvert. So I'm a chameleon?

How to be an extrovert!

message 3: by Silvia (new)

Silvia (silviaborlea) | 4 comments Introvert with a bit of social anxiety thrown in for more fun!

message 4: by Philip (new)

Philip Porter | 12 comments I flick between the two depending on my moods and how tired I am. Some times I'm really bubbly and will talk to everyone, and sometimes I'd rather just sit on my own with a book.

I'm known for being extroverted. I have a really booming personality and I like to take on leadership roles. I like exploring the world around me, getting to know people and making friends. At the end of the day though, I love having my 'me' time.

Interestingly enough, also, I'm one of the few extroverted friends among a large group of introverts.

Tom Emerson (TreeRex) | 8 comments Complete introvert.

Ashley | 3 comments During my high school years I was definitely and introvert. I think I'm more comfortable with myself now and have morphed into an extrovert. I was pretty extroverted in grade school too so I guess it was just those awkward teenage years.

In my career I deal with people on a daily basis at a fairly intimate level, and I love it. I could not see myself doing something where I didn't have to have human interaction. I love going out and meeting people it does make it harder to find time find reading though.

Valerie (shlurbee) Very introverted. (INTP)

Total Introvert. OCD thrown in too! Partly being an only child didn't help!! Always would rather sit in my room and read or draw than go outside (being tiny also contributed too!)

Ah, I'm an only child too. I never thought about how that may have contributed to other aspects of my life, such as introvertedness. Interesting. Now I'm going to have to go read up on the effects of being an only child!

message 12: by Will (new)

Will | 8 comments I can pretty social, but I need alone time to recharge, so introvert

I was an only child until my sister pop along when I was nearly 12. So I didn't grow up with siblings and after that became a mom type figure more than a sister. So perhaps that also prompted me to become more of a chameleon than just solely one or the other. It's really all in the gray areas.

Darliza (parentheticals) | 92 comments I'm an only child too and didn't have a lot of friends outside school, so I spent most of my time off-school reading. My friends loved to read too so we were always in the library comparing books.

We are ALL introverts in my current (adult) group of friends, but have been trying to socialize more this year and have become a bit successful at it (I think). It gets exhausting bur I want to challenge myself more this year.

I'm INTJ, though I show up as INTP on some tests. I definitely relate more to INTJ though.

Eli | 7 comments I test as an ENFP. Majority of the time I am very extroverted and I need contact with people to keep me happy but their are other times when I just want to be locked up in my room. Also I like to read in places where there are a lot of people such as riding the train or bus, in class, or even at kick backs.

Alex (alexgmcm) | 41 comments Introvert... I see a trend developing here :P

Roberta Finney | 9 comments I am an introvert. But I have been told by everyone that knows me that I am much more fun when drunk.

Francesco, it is called the Myers Briggs Personality Test. You can take it for free online and it gives you a four letter code that tells your strengths and best careers for your personality. I think there are 25 questions. Kind of interesting, I took it a long time ago and then just recently and got the same answer.

@Megan, can you post a link online to that test. I would like to take it! See if I'm really an extrovert or secretly introvert :P

I was curious so I googled it and came up with this interesting article: click!

Basically it just means that you're more structured! I assume you make lists and like to be punctual, etc?

Oh, and I'm rare apaprently! Don't I feel special ;)

I'm an ENFJ... although I admit that even though I relate to some things, I relate more in between ENFJ and an ENTP

Took the test. INFJ! Hmm. So much for being an extrovert :))

message 28: by Alex (new)

Alex (alexgmcm) | 41 comments INTJ here, but I don't really trust those tests :P

Megan (maptree) | 198 comments Mod
I have done the test, or versions of and come up with the same answer every time INTJ. So I think there must be some? truth to them.
