I appreciate that you joined us. It's nice for all of us in the Complaint Department to have people who listen and care.I'm sorry about the degeneration of your spine. I hope in the future you have lots more good days than bad ones. Books are good medicine and so are hugs so here is a big HUG!

I'm very sorry Bethany. I am a pet lover and understand that your cat was part of your family. He was family for 17 years and it must be awful knowing you won't see him again. To me it is no different than a family member dying.
