"Don't apologize"she whispered reaching out and taking his hand,"I could never fall for a man who couldn't spend five minutes with me. Never. I agree the killing does Bother me but what matters more is the reason you did it. I understand why. And as for a child....I'd be honoured to carry yours"she whispered,"no matter what his status be I would want it"

Ruark's expression softened "Anna..." He went back to the bed and kissed her softly. "i love you." He murmured. "and I'm glad you would want my child." He pulled her into his arms. "but you're right, we should be more careful." He sighed.
"And we will be"she mummered,"Intil the time is right"
He nodded. "right." He kissed her cheek. "until the time is right." He repeated.
"Unless these two times had been enough. Then my husbands really going to hurt you"she mummered but pulled him close anyways
"eh, I'll gladly take the beating." He nuzzled her neck. "as long as it is for you."
She giggled,"I wouldn't let him touch you"
"and i would never let anyone touch you." He smiled.
He frowned "why not?"
"Because I'm too stubborn to let you
He rose an eyebrow "oh really?"
He chuckled. "I'll just have to prove you wrong then."
(Wait I have an idea..)"Can you please get me some water?im a bi underdressed and the maids didn't leave some in here..."
He nodded "of course." He stood and finished dressing himself before leaving to get water.
Someone grabbed his on the way and shoved him against a wall a dagger at his throat,"what do you think your doing!?!"
He simply rose an eyebrow. "well, i was getting water." He told them "but it seems you have other ideas?"
"You were hired to do a job boy not make new friends"the assigns had people everywhere
He rolled his eyes "and I'm doing that job. If I'm close to the queen I'm close to the king. And the closer i get the easier to kill him." Ruark smirked "and i can't get much closer to the queen than in her, right?" He took the dagger by the blade and moved it from his throat "now leave me be before you ruin everything."
"My lord is impatient. You have two days boy. Stop your games and get to work"he snapped
Two days?!" Ruark scoffed "I'm suppose to have at least five months left!" He snapped back. "what in bloody he'll do you mean two days!?"
"I mean finish your job in two days"he snapped,"you've been paid to kill and now the date had changed
"there is no possible way, i need more time!" He snarled.
"You had time. You don't use it. My lord wants the body
"I'm almost there! At least a month!" Ruark demanded.
"I deliver messages. I have no power over this boy@
"well then tell them to give me more time!"
"then ask him. I don't care what you have to do, get me more time. If i don't finish this job-" his voice cracked as he thought of James.
"I'll try but you better get to work boy. My lord isn't a patient on"
"I've noticed." He sighed "thank you. Now if you'll excuse me, i have to get water before she becomes suspicious." He left for the kitchen to get the water.
He came back and gave her the water "sorry it took so long, one of the maids was upset you didn't ask them to do it." He chuckled.
"Not a prime"she smirkf kidding his cheek,"you soul be told them the bell was broken
He laughed "well, i just told them that you were too tired to ring the bell." Hr kissed her nose.
" that's partially true"she smiked,"what would you like to do?hopefully something without much moving..,"
"hmm, how about i bring you breakfast?" He pecked her lips.
He chuckled and once again left for the kitchen. While he made her breakfast he would slip the fake poison into the king's.
Later, after he had finished both of his require, he bright her a plate of eggs, ham and sausage.
He shook his head "I'll sit with you but you should eat it, i made it for you." He sat next to her.
He shook his head "no, I'm fine." He kissed her cheek.
He chuckled "yes." he kissed her cheek. Ruark bit his lip. "Anna there something i need to tell you..."
