She shrugged innocently,"maybe he got tired and decided to take a nap?"
"then why does he have a goose egg on his head?" He rose an eyebrow
She shrugged innocently kicking the heel under her bed,"maybe it's the Asian...?"
He sighed "anyway, the king I'd in his study but he is busy. It would be unwise to see him at this time."
The guard nodded "alright. Then right this way my Queen." He led her to Kashburn's study.
The guard knocked "sir-""what is it? You know very well that I'm busy!" Kashburn growled through the door.
"Can you atkesst talk nicely!?!"she snapped,"or let the man finish!?!
There was a pause... Then Kashburn opened the doors to his study, smiling nicely "oh, hello sapphire. What is it you need?"
"A deal. I'll play for you and you accompany me on a walk. Not the guards. You and I"
Kashburn rose an eyebrow "oh? Just you and me?"
He narrowed his eyes "why do I feel as though I'm not coming back from this walk?"
He sighed "alright. When would you like to go for the walk?" Kashburn smiled kindly.
"I'm fine with whenever I'm home." Hr murmured.
He nodded "tomorrow after breakfast."
Kashburn nodded "is that all you needed to discuss?"
"Yes"she nodded,"th k you for your time
He smiled "alright. I'll just get back to my work then." He started closing the doors.
He rose an eyebrow "in my own study?"
He sighed "well, how was i supose to know that? Good night." He closed the doors.
Her guard had woken up and glared at her, but didn't say anything.
Sh smiled at him innocently closing her room door behind him
The guard sighed and stood his post... Now wearing a helmet.
She giggled a that then starte ONG for Ruark
Ruark appeared behind her "hello again." Hr smiled.
She jumped and turned frowning,"is it so hard got you to appear in front of me!?!"
"yes, yes it is." He teased. "you don't seem to be scared of me." Ruark observed. "why its that?"
She shrugged,"you look like a fish I once had"she decided to answer with a joke to ignore the reason
Ruark smirked "really?" He chuckled. "well, it could be because I'm nice to you, right? I didn't force you to marry me or anything at least." He pointed out.
She nodded,"that would be tragic. Being marrie to two pigheaded are nice to me but not anyone else."she sat on the bed,"why do you wan him dead?"
"i don't necessarily do. I was hired to kill him." He shrugged
"But what if he is a good man at heart?"she asked
"its not my problem. I was paid to do a job, so I'll do it." He rose an eyebrow "don't tell me you're developing feelings for him after what he did to you?" Ruark chuckled.
"I think everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves"
"well, its too late for that. I've already taken the client's money. Therefore, the king's fate us sealed." Ruark told her.
"Who wants him dead so badly?"she pressed,"he hasn't even started ruling yet!we go married this morning. Before them he couldn't do anything even ifHe wanted to"
"and my client wants to keep it that way." Ruark sighed "you're quite stubborn aren't you? You should know i can't tell you my client." He sat on the floor.
She sat across him,"and if were to give you double of what he gave you?"she asked
He rose an eyebrow "you're willing to do that for your 'husband'?"
"I don't know about you but I like people to be alive no matter whom unlike your client which wouldBe.....?"she tried
