"Good, I meant to stop by but..you know"She looked confused,"why are you in a motel?"
"because we're living here temporarily until we get enough money for an apartment." He shrugged

"Stella!" James glared. he looked at jade "please, ignore her. She's being very rude today." He sighed.

James glared at Stella "if you EVER talk to her like that again i will throw you out on the street before you can even say but." He threatened. "i don't care if she's using me. I will help and love and support her until she tells me to do otherwise." He hissed. "now either be nice and treat her with respect or get the bloody hell out." He went to the kitchen.
Jade was getting plates out and gave him a big smile when she saw him and gave him a hug,"if gyou dont turn that frown upside down i'm going to tickle you"she playfully teased him to take his mind of stellastella took a deep breath getting a call...

"well she's hit me in the head three times already, not a very good visit." He pouted.

He chuckled "no. The first time was because she thought Emma was my kid. Then because i told her you were a minor." He shrugged "Stella, come on! Time for dinner."
"sorry work"she said as she slipped into the roomshe nodded,"we're having take outs form the chinese place you really liked"she told james
He smiled "that sounds great." He kissed her cheek.

"Luck. I was still searching when I came here. I know you like the son so i cancelled hit placed and then went to monuments I knew you'd like
He nodded "alright." He sighed softly "but now that you've led a paper trail to us we will most likely have to move again." He murmured sadly.

He sighed and ate his food in silence now.
He shrugged. "nothing we can do about it now." He muttered.
"James can I speak to you in the kitchen do a moment"jade asked him giving him a look that said he was in deep trouble with her
He paled slightly but quickly nodded, standing. "if you'll excuse us." He murmured, feeling like the kid instead of the adult a he went into the kitchen with jade.
Once they were inside she turned to face him,"what's your deal?"she whispered stery not wanting stell to overhear
"she's running everything." He muttered
"She's not ruining anything!she made the effort to come down here and look over for you so the least you can do is appreciate her efforts. I can see she loves you very much and I know you care about her too so why can't you be nice to her?"
"because she insulted you! Countless times! She practically used a bull horn to tell the police where we are-she's done nothing but complain and make snide comments since she got here and i will NOT tolerate that in our home."
"Shhh!"she covered his mouth,"don't yell"she whispered getting closer to him,"she's worried I'll hurt you. I understand that. She didn't know wha she was doing James. Please don't upset yourself or her on it. She does t like the life you have because of me and its understandable because you were so much better before you met me. But please. She loves you ok?she doesn't want to see you hurt and the change in your life is upsetting her....besides our home is a motel so texhnically she's not even saying anything bad in our home just a room
He sighed "alright. But i swear, if she insults you one more time, she's out the door." He hissed. He relaxed slightly "thank you though." He kissed her softly.
