Story line(198's 1990's):
Heroine's mom is bedridden and the house they are staying can be taken away by hero anytime. Hero has some papers which gives him possession of the place and the hero uses this as a bait and forces heroine to marry him. Hero arranges for a nurse to stay with heroine's mom. There is some girl around hero who makes heroine feel insecure. Heroine goes to visit hero in the office when her mom dies and sees them together. Heroine is expecting her child and at some point heroine decides to leave hero and thats when he confesses he loves her. The final scene happens in heroine's house where her mother had lived(remember this and she didnt use the door to enter the house, maybe used some window to gain entry :) and the hero tries to first give papers of possession to heroine to convince her to stay before confessing his love.
