Please combine editions

Hi,

My novella, Love is Blind, exists in two editions, but there should only be one (the ebook was published Jan 21 2013). I think the "new" edition was created accidentally when I tried to put the correct cover art in.

It had no reviews or shelves, so I've deleted. Was it ever published with the current cover? If you provide a link to the cover art, someone can update it or create an alternate cover edition.

We had a placeholder cover until the final cover art was completed. Is there a way for me to upload the jpg of the cover directly? I assumed that deleting the cover photo and putting up a new one would simply update the current edition, but is that really creating a new edition? (the ISBN hasn't changed, nor has the book changed).

Pub date was Jan. 21, and the current cover was uploaded Jan. 22. Sounds like "placeholder" or no, it was sold with the current cover.

An alternate-cover edition can be added, of course.
