Tara's instincts came in. Never let anyone get close to you. Her father's warning. She never knew if he meant emotionally or physically but the way Asio whispered his words seemed to put another painful chill in her spine and with that, she threw a right hook.

Asio easily dodged it, his eyes widening a little as his deep thoughts dispersed. Asio simply ignored Luna, and batted away Tara's arm. "I think it's time you knew what this place is really all about." Glancing about the room as if it were not safe, Asio gently took her wrist and brought Tara to his quarters, closing the door behind them before she could punch him again.

He sat on the bed, silent for a moment before he tilted his head slightly upwards and stared straight at her "You are a werewolf"

Tara stared at him. Why not humor him. She stayed frozen, her face slightly aghast for a solid silent minute. Then she burst out into laughter. Every laugh hurt like hell but there was no escaping the amusement she gained from that little statement. "Have you been reading Twilight?"

A flash of surprising anger flashed across his eyes, an almost dangerous look came upon him until Asio's face became neutral once more. "If I must, I will prove to you what I mean." He stood up, walking towards her, the air of dead-seriousness enveloping him.

Tara could feel his emotion, it seemed to be blending with hers. She backed away. "Asio, I think you're also sick. Sure, I mean we all know Jacob should've got Bella but still, no need to get a little... weird." She reached for the door knob.

Asio blocked her way to the door with his arm, staring hard at Tara, with one gold and silver eye. Their noses almost touching, he turned away, taking off his shirt in silence, stripping until his boxers were left.

Asio closed his eyes, facing up towards the darkening sky. His hair became black, white, brown, a rainbow of earth-like colors. The hair spread across his body, which was changing in structure. A tail sprouted from the end of his spine, and Asio's hands and feet became more clawed. The red amber eye was the only feature that had not morphed into something else. It's usual cold and emotionless glint standing out.

Eventually, the transformation was complete, and Asio padded towards Tara It's been a while... This was a rare chance to see his true form, as Asio almost never shifted into it. He was a truly beautiful wolf, the spectrum of earthy colors and a graceful bodice to behold.

Tara averted her gaze as he stripped. She heard a strange whining and scratching at the door. Was that Luna? "Asio. I don't know what sort of mental breakdown you are having but please put your clothes back..." she drifted off as she heard a low growl. Her eyes snapped to the massive wolf in front of her and she let out a gasp. Not a whole lot surprised her. Tara couldn't pull her gaze away, not even if she wanted to with all her will. Asio was entrancing, mesmerizing.

Asio sat down, looking straight at her with the mismatched eyes Do you believe me now? His voice was deeper, holding authority and at the same time hypnotizing. Intoxicating, even.

Tara screamed. Well just a little. "I knew it! I knew I heard you in my head!" She stared at him, wide-eyed. Hell yes, she did believe him now. She turned to run and saw another wolf, a blondish gold. Her breathing was fast and shallow, making her fever worse as she stumbled away from the both of them.

Asio changed back, swiftly dressing himself and guiding Tara to his bed. "You really need that soup" He muttered, making her sit and feeling her forehead.

Luna went with them and got on Taras bed and whins and licks her cheek

Tara didn't even look at the both of them during the whole time Asio changed back. She let him lead her, stumbling and holding onto his arm for support. When she sat down, she could feel her legs go numb.

"A shock, isn't it? Don't worry, it will all make sense eventually..." Asio's voice trailed off thoughtfully, as if wondering how her parents were able to keep such a secret from Tara's ears. Had she never thought she was different...? He glanced back at Tara, contemplating her past, albeit wary of her history. Perhaps knowing was not something he needed.

Tara put her elbows on her her knees, her whole body shaking of shock and the fever. She put her head down into her hands, trying to take deep breaths but they ended up shaky and shallow.

Asio had already used more of his power than usual, but he didn't see the benefit of keeping her in such a state. He sighed, and his eyes flickered. Placing a finger on her forehead, Asio closed his eyes, and transferred some of his energy to her, rebuilding her immune system and strength.

Tara's eyes flew open, the fever going away for the time being. No one can stop the shift from happening. The fever was just the sign of it to come. She felt instantly better. Then she remembered the wolves.

Asio let his hand drop, turning towards the transparent part of the ceiling. In a somewhat childish way, Asio murmured "Ah, you can see the stars~!" He was a big fan of the bright dots in the night sky, how the lit up the universe and added glamour to the otherwise bland black canvas.

Tara backed away from both of them, her eyes locked on her two roommates. She scrambled back on the bed, having strength in her arms.

"What," her voice came out as a whisper. Tara hadn't imagined any of it then. The gold eyes in the rear view mirror. "No," she denied, shaking her head.

Asio removed his shirt, once again flashing an eight pack. He pointed to the left side of his chest, where this was set directly over his heart (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)]. The birds seemed to dot up all the way to the left side of his neck. "I am the alpha of the pack 'Old Willow'."
