re 400 - looks to be an alternate cover edition since all 3 covers are different
hello super librarians ... here is one that needs deletion (A Higher Calling) - http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17... title is wrong - Call not Calling; author is wrong - Makos not Mako; pub is wrong - Berkley not Berklry; isbn is incorrect - they used first 10 digits of the isbn 13.

Delete or leave make a full placeholder with the above (I'm assuming that this is suggesting that the title mentioned is being retained for this book)
(I'm working on the author fixes atm for Michelle Sagara vs Michelle Sagara West vs Michelle West so ignore that some are still VERY wrong atm :S)

428, the ebook was actually published online, and legally too! The author has made some of her short fiction available as a free download on her site.

Upon further reflection, I'm leaving the second half of 435 as an alternate cover edition. I think the changes are significant enough to warrant it.
424, I would make that the full placeholder. However, you may wish to hear from on more familiar with to-be-published works.
425, that is a proper edition, as Smashwords distributes to a few other booksellers (such as Apple, and Barnes & Noble, where this one is from).

Yeah, we're not yet deleting unknown books, please link to the actual book pages and not the edit pages, and we do sometimes keep ARC editions. I'l leave this one alone.

If I remember correctly (and it has been a while since I worked on that author) the original cover was different. I could be wrong though.
