Both have valid ISBNs. I see no reason to merge them.
174-177 done. Emy, you'll have to recombine them, as I am unsure as to what the full works are. ETA, series placeholders usually get merged into the first book in the series. Also, please link to show pages, not the edit pages.

Oh boy.I'm almost positive that the cover is NOT the Persian cover, so I went ahead and deleted the cover. Reasons being:

Not only is it in English, it's a movie tie-in cover. Silk wasn't released as a movie until 2007 and the edition in question has a date of 2001.
I tried to do some sleuthing (I have no experience with Persian, but I've learned some tricks along the way from fixing mangas) but I wasn't very successful.
The website linked in the 1st edition you linked no longer works, and I couldn't find anything on that site about the ISBN or Title. There's no information about it on the publishers site. I sort of found it on a cached Google result, but I think the cover image is pulling from the new reprint and not the cached version of the page, and it looked like a Persian bookseller anyway.
I found this site that refers to the second version you linked: http://novler.com/_novel/n20908/%D8%A... It attributes the same ISBN with a 2nd printing.
It's possible it was reprinted in 2003 with the same cover and ISBN, it's also possible that the 2nd edition should be an alternate cover edition.
Unless someone else can find something more concrete, it's probably okay as is.
