Please add title to my author page and combine editions

I need the paperback and ebook editions for Love on the Run combined. The ebook is already associated with my GR author page; the paperback was created today and needs to be added to the author page (unless combining editions does that automagically).

You should be all sorted now.

Note that your author name is actually Elizabeth^^Cole (where a ^ is a space). If you add books in the future with the extra space they will automatically show up on your author page and won't need to be moved! :)
