Hi everyone,

Since GoodReads is new for many of us, I just want to make sure everyone realizes that you can start new topics in the discussion folders --- you don't need the moderators for this. E.g. I started a topic under "Her Majesty's Dragon" entitled "Favorite/least favorite characters" as an example --- you can do the same thing if you don't want to reply to the already existing topics. E.g. if you want to start a new discussion about one of the characters or the plot or if you just want to ask a question about the book, just click on the folder, then click on "new topic", and you're set. (At that point, you can also select if you want to get an individual email when someone replies to the topic or not.)

One suggestion: if you want to talk about the ending of one of the books, please put "SPOILERS" in the topic title to warn people who haven't read the book or haven't reached the ending yet.

PS I know this is obvious for some of the GR veterans here, but we have many new users (like me actually!) so we'll be posting some tips occasionally to get things started.
