It doesn't seem like this was ever published.

There's no record of it at the Gallery Books subsection of the Simon and Schuster website. It has no cover. If it had a cover, the cover would have been uploaded by onix by now. When I search by ISBN, it's listed at various used book sites, but always "currently unavailable." If it had been published six months ago, there would be used copies of it circulating.
