Even the play itself does not end until page 165. The notes by Peter Verstegen (translator) are at pages 167 to 205. At page 207 and following there is a word by Halina Reijn (Dutch actress), and page 216 is the last (blank) page of the book.

Amazon has the previous one (now removed) as the cover. How to tell which one is correct? Would be helpful for librarians in the future :)
