I'm Mary. I am a new Goodreads member and so excited to be a part of your book club! I live outside of Chicago with my husband, two kids and three cats. I'm a huge animal lover, animal shelter volunteer, former high school history teacher, and now: stay-at-home mom. I love to read but often find I don't have the time. I'm hoping a commitment to a book club will keep me reading! So nice to meet you all!

Chris, We're in the western suburbs now, but I grew up in Lake Zurich - not far from Carol Stream.
