Is this an imprint or a series?

Imprints like Harlequin Blaze and Silhouette Desire are not added as series. We generally define series as books that share common characters/settings which this doesn't seem to fit.

These aren't imprints. It's a multi-author series put out by Changeling Press.

I see a common theme (not to mention cover), but no evidence of common characters or settings that I am seeing. (The ones I looked at each had different a locale and unrelated characters, at least as far as their descriptions indicate.)

It could easily be shared universe. Most of the "multi-author series" from this press are series under GR definitions, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

ETA: Okay, after reading up on it this does seem more like a mini-imprint than a series. There aren't any unifying elements besides the holiday elf theme.
