When I try to add an audiobook it says something like "This ISBN was marked as not a book".

1445847469 = 978-1-445-84746-7

Are dramatizations of books not allowed on Goodreads?

Dramatizations are not really audiobooks, and many have indeed been NAB'd.

Goodreads is way too restrictive for my taste. Thinking about moving my books somewhere else. :/
