These books are under the wrong author called James Thompson, but among the many authors with the same name, at least one of these books has a correct existing James too... help?

ugh - i've fixed these many times before...lemme take another look
... and let me know if you find what I was trying to do wrong?
I had all of the spaces written down at one time - but not recently - it might need a super to fix it
I've moved the PC books to "James^^^^^^Thompson"(six spaces).Edit: the child safety books are James A. Thomson (no 'p'). Moved.

This book is listed 3 separate times
I tried to figure how to separate these Jameses, but this was all I could find, and when I tried to edit the first book I listed here, I could not tell if adding a space or five would have made a difference for which James it'd associate it.
I did not want to risk it going to another wrong James again.
Could someone help dissociate these books from this James, and get at least the first one to the correct James?
And if it was something simple I missed in doing this, please tell me what it was.
Are the number of spaces on that separate authors list supposed to be the same as the numbers for the same author?
I.e. in http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/4..., for the case of the authors with this name, is the number 1 with 1 space, 2 with 2, ... 8 with 8 and so on?
- if so, it can't apply to this case, as thriller James was listed as 1, the professor for the first wrong book as 2, and the wrong book 1 had 2 spaces yet it's associated with the one listed as first James, the thriller one, not the professor.
