"Success has always eluded Lemat. A brilliant storyteller, he struggles with rejection, depression, and anxiety in his lifelong goal to become an author. After hitting rock bottom, Lemat compromises his principles and writes the most offensive novel he can think of in hopes to garner some attention. The book soon skyrockets him to unexpected fame and fortune, leaving Lemat to deal with the wonders and pitfalls of his new career, and with the realization that the life of his dreams comes at a great price."

Bianca Harrison | 22 comments "Someone To Call My Own" Book Available Now!

A widow, Camille Young, wants nothing more but to have someone to call her
own; with the right man of course. Just when she thinks she found him in
Greg Langston – a smart, sexy, and brilliant attorney - who is very married
and expecting his first child with his wife Michelle, their future gets put
on hold. When things don’t go Camille's way as she hoped, the pain of her
past resurfaces.
Camille has a plan that will affect everyone around her. When Greg's wife
is targeted, Greg turns to Camille for answers. Was this part of her
plan?...Suddenly Greg finds himself in a situation with a woman who will
stop at nothing to make him her own, even if it means destroying his family
and her own life.
Camille's entire world seems to unravel as she spirals out of control, not
letting anything or anyone get in her way. Someone to Call My Own is a
compelling story of lies, desperation and betrayal, and the consequences
that follow when an encounter with the wrong woman has a man fighting to
save the lives of the ones he love.

Mary Gottschalk (mcg9258) | 1 comments I would be pleased to do an interview for my novel A Fitting Place (released May 1st), which is a psychological exploration of the impact of gender roles on a variety of relationships.

It is the first novel that I am aware of that deals with women's sexual fluidity, a subject of increasing academic study in the last 5 - 6 years. One goal for the novel has been to shed light on a subject with which many women have experience, but are reluctant to talk about.

Groovy Lee Hi,

I would love the opportunity to be interviewed. My latest release is a Kindle suspense entitled:

Cause She's a Good Girl by Groovy Lee

The reviews are posted on my website.

CAUSE SHE'S A GOOD GIRL

SYNOPSIS: Piper Banion spent most of her eighteen years trying to do the impossible—gain her abusive mother’s love. But the older she gets, the more she realizes that a parent’s undying love is something you don’t have to vie for, compromise your principles for, nor beg for in your prayers. Connie will always see her as a “worthless burden”. Still, it was hard making that life-altering decision that freed Piper from the chains of her defective childhood.

After five years of wandering from one small town to the next, she finds a true friend in Shelly Jamison, a runaway mom, slash, devout party girl, and outspoken rebel against the rich and powerful—her family included. Following the not-so-surprising pink slips they received one Monday, coupled with the alley fight between her and Shelly’s boy-toy, Tomas, Piper finally gives in to her friend’s invitation to spend the summer at her family’s estate in Destin, California. At last, she gets to meet Shelly’s S.E.X.Y. cousin Oz Jamison.

Oz owns a PR firm in Seattle, Washington. Hardly a day goes by that he can’t turn a corner without being asked those headache-provoking questions: “Are you Prince? Would you sign my Purple Rain DVD? Touch my copy of your latest CD? Better yet, touch me instead?” With skin the color of smooth vanilla, and the sensual glint in those caramel-brown eyes, even a pledged virgin like Piper has to fight off the lure of his sexuality. She opts instead for a friendship based on their shared abusive backgrounds while he house-sits for his aunt and uncle during the summer.

Piper is determined to forge a better life in California. But the collective cries of nine murdered women reaching out to her from those weekly news bulletins suspends that task. Someone is killing all the women she comes into contact with, and there seems to be a connection. What is it? She doesn’t know, what she does know is that they all stared into the eyes of the Silk Stocking Serial Killer before they were murdered. Piper’s “pureness” was the trump card that enabled her to walk away from the rage that consumes him and the lives of his unsuspecting victims. But the next time they meet, a head start is all she’ll get.

In the chaos off trying to get away, she learns that Shelly has disappeared. A muffled voice over the phone claims responsibility; And it’s not the Silk Stocking Serial Killer who’s daring her to come rescue her friend.

Thank you! http://www.groovylee.com

Frank Linn | 3 comments Hello,

You have another person to add to the interviewee pool. I write short stories, I am currently working a novel - quite the undertaking. I write humor/quirky fiction. Ideas flow like rivers into my head. I wish there where more hours in the day to get them down on paper.

(I don't know what to make of the person above me also having a Mayonnaise-centric story too. I'll have to check that out!)

Linn Tesli (linntesli) | 6 comments Hi :) I'm going to take a crack at this and let you know that I would absolutely love to be interviewed. I have NO work out in this genre yet. I currently work as a freelance journalist.

I am a Norwegian writer and I will be publishing my first fantasy novel in a series in 2015: Reborn. It is basically set in a world which relies on the elemental forces of nature to keep balanced. The real heroes in the first novel are female, though there are interesting male main characters too. The true heroine of the book is a woman with no magical abilities to speak of - but without her there would be no hope at all.

I write in English mainly to attract a wider audience, but also because fantasy for some reason is not being picked up by Norwegian publicists :)

You can have a look at my author page:

Best wishes
