I am from South Carolina. There's not much to do here but we have some beautiful scenery. And I love that it is a coastal state (though I live on the other side of the state!)
Texas, only gets down to about 60 degrees on it's coldest days. well, at least the southern part where i live.
@elizabeth, that is so cool! Did you stay here long? I was actually born in Maryland. I moved around a lot as a child (military brat) but eventually ended up back here after my parents divorced.

Mickeey you should live here one day its so hot you can't breath and the next its so cold you have to turn on the heaters and the next its raining its crazy
I went to Arizona (Lake Havasu) once to visit family. It was very hot, but really liked it. It looked a lot different from the very green, tree-covered Oregon.
I live in CO in the U.S. although some of my friends don't like it I love being at the foot of a mountain, the fact that there are crabapple trees on every street, the way the mountain turns yellow in the fall, the athletic people, the amazing library system, and the bipolar weather. However, we keep catching on fire so ya thats not fun.
I will add some variety to this group, I am from Washington State, USA, So far I'm the only Washingtonian.
