Hi everyone!

Hope you guys had an awesome week. Sorry i have been neglecting to the group a lot but i will be free a lot so i will be on more. Great books for august. I have to get reading haha. Challenges look great! You guys are honestly the best :)

So. BOTM's for next month. I was thinking

-Theme Nominations should end on the 21st
-Then voting for the winning theme books until the 26th
-Regular BOTM and the winning theme book nominations go up on a poll on 26th
- and then it all ends on the 31st.

School starts on September 2nd for me so I will be online late evenings and weekends. I check email all the time so if you wanna chat or something just do so.

I start school on Tuesday as well. I'm sort of happy to start because it will be my last year, but at the same time, I'm dreading it because I know the next few months are going to kick my butt. Tough classes and college stuff.

Do you think we should put up a folder for debates and discussions on various topics?
I've seen that in many groups and lots of people take part in debates.
So, I thought it could be an idea for getting more people active in the group.
What do you say?

Seeing as it will be Halloween next month I agree with Kaitlin on Horror being the theme for October. So there won't be a poll on that. Only two books have been nominated for October regular theme poll. I guess that's understandable because of school and everything. I was thinking either I round up some books or the books that are a series and we have already read the first book to we can have like a finish the series type of thing. i.e gone, the 5th wave, cob, and so on. Thoughts?

I suppose all of you have been tremendously busy of late, and so am I. :(
But we should do something about the group read of November, right?
There isn't any polls up yet and there's no time to put up any either.
So can we just decide the group reads by ourselves, for this month only?

I would say we decide on one or two books for next month's reads.

I'm thinking we should also bring back some challenges. Maybe a 2000 pages or just a general book count challenge (whoever reads the most wins). It may bring back some group participation.
