For the BOTM books, should we have discussion questions? I know there's a trivia, but the discussion will be more on how we feel, as a reader, about the book, characters, plot, etc. We could just post the questions as comments so we don't have to create a new thread.

Yeah. Go ahead. I did a few questions for last month's books and I put them in bold type so they would stand out.

You also mentioned that we have had City of Bones read already? (Sorry i forget ) so should we have the City of Ashes for July too and if there is any series books that are up now should we have the next book.

Im thinking if we did this then it will have a wide range of choices for those who have read some of the other book.

I have a request

Would any of you like to take over the summer challenge for July? All you would have to do make a post explaining how the challenge will go. It's a lot like the last one (with the partners and the goals), but it's for a whole month instead of two weeks.

I'm going to be busy with the Themed Challenge, and I probably won't be able to even participate in the summer one due to other challenges that I have committed myself to.

I know Leigh is pretty busy. I don't know about anyone else. Would anyone like to take over the challenge (please)?

By the way, for the challenge, you would be able to conduct it in any way you would like. You could have it be really simple so that you don't have to do anything.

Also, the first is coming up real soon, so we need to get the new threads for BOTM discussions and trivia up. I'm also going to do the quote polls again and the group average rating calculations. There's also announcing the new threads through posts on the announcement thread and through a group message. Nomination threads could go up that day, but it would be better to wait until later in the week for that.

Then there's starting the challenges (I'll be doing the themed challenge).

I would like to split up the work on the first. It is a lot of work and it takes a really long time for one person to do (especially if you're a little bit of a perfectionist like me.)

If you would like i could do the threads for the botm and for nominations of the month after. I always wanted to do that. There is going to be 6 botm for July. I have already added the 3 to the upcoming reads.

Maybe we can open a quick thread or poll asking members which series they would like to continue. Six just seems like too large of a number and sometimes there won't be a lot of people that are interested in that next book.
