Well done what did you think to it?
I liked it, its medieval fantasy meets human with inhuman capabilities. Also, there is alot of loving and respecting animals in that book, and that warms me inside :D

Did you read further into the series? I'm curious about the red pirates, their motives and their Forging. I think I'm gonna start the 2nd book soon!

Yep read them all but get your tissues ready for book 3.
Finished 91.The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency by Alexander McCall Smith. I knew nothing of the book, so it was a pleasant surprise! Might be reading more into the series. ^^
Read 93.The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd Lovely, and I must tell you that while I was reading this book by the pool, I tried saving a bee from drowning in said pool - I help it out of the water with my bare hands. She thanked me by stinging my arm. Why you so mean, Bee? :(

I also enjoyed this but I dont like bees I am afraid.
Read "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", so I'm currently at 38 read. Starting "Cirque du Freak" and "Water for Elephants".
Any recomendations on books from the list?
Thanks Bev! So far Cirque du Freak reminds me of "Goosebumps" books I read when I was a kid, but maybe it gets a bit more serious as it goes. I'll keep you posted

I didnt get far on the list in 2013, did I? :OThis calls for more organized reading. As if I'm capable of that! *pahaha*
Finished nº28 - Persuasion by Jane Austen and nº36 - Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier.Rebecca was amazing! I can't wait to get my hands on more from Daphne du Maurier!
Persuasion was ok. Jane Austen really isn't my thing, this list has taught me that.
Currently reading nº100 - Wuthering Heights (and being haunted by Kate Bush singing in loop in my brain from morning till night, its driving me mad!)
I'm really into classics this month, got lined up Tess d'Ubervilles and I Capture the Castle next :D
So far I've read 43 books.
Finished nº100:Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte. Brr, what a creepy an awful story. Can´t say I see why its a favorite for so many fellow readers!Currently reading nº90:The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold.
Finnished nº90 - "The Lovely Bones"! I really liked it. I wish there was a follow up book about Ruths story.Currently listening to Outlander on audiobook, 32 HOURS of it - I'm intimidated!
I enjoyed the first 2 of this series. Need to get on to the next one. I love that narrator. She is one of my favorite narrators.
