He bit her lip; waiting for her reaction.

He smiled softly and kissed her cheek lovingly.
He held her close. "I love you."
He kissed her cheek again, smiling softly.
He chuckled softly and then kissed her.
She kissed back softly, then said quietly, "can we please go home?"
"Yes, of course, where is your stuff?" he asked softly.
"I'll pack" she said, standing up and wincing a bit.
He gently pushed her down on the bed. "No baby, I'll do that."
She went to the kids room and packed their things
He held her bag and then followed her.

He gently took the bags from her and helped her walk down.
She winced slightly, the cuts were literally ALL over her body so it hurt when she moved.
He bit his lip, watching her.
He gently held her hand as he walked to his car.
She held Eliza's hand too, Shane was holding Eliza's.
He helped her in and then helped the kids.
He smiled softly as well and then went in himself.
She sighed and put her seat belt on.
He did the same and then drove them to their house.
She watched out the window as he drove, watching the rain.
He parked the car at the house and then got out, hastily helping the kids back inside because it rained.
Marie got out, taking her seatbelt off and hurrying in the house but whimpering in pain.
He bit his lip as he heard her whimper. He grabbed the bags and ran inside.
She sighed relived when she got inside.
He bit his lip and carried her to the bedroom.
He then got the bags and began to unpack.
She watched him. "Want some help?"
He shook his head. He was done after a couple minutes. Then, he moved next to her and hugged her gentlu. "Are you alright?'
