Yes. If we deny ourselves one of the greatest joys in life, food or at the very least, tasty food. Where will we be? Healthier yes, quite possibly but, deadened. Lost the desire is, our impulsive nature stanched. Food is unparalleled as a motivator!

Aha, well I'm sure your doctor could give you a few pointers as to how to gain weight in a healthy fashion. I can't give you any, aha. I was on the heavy side around 10-12yrs old but now I'm average so I can't exactly complain. It sucks that cardio is the only form of exercise efficient enough to burn off fat, because it's my least favourite form of exercise.
