"We should put the fire out." Darla suggested, not wanting to start a wildfire or something.

"Will you do the honours, Darla?" Jana said.
Darla nodded and her pinked twitched. A pail of water appeared over the fire and dumped water over it. There was a splash and a hiss as the fire was doused and the pail was gone.
Jana shivered. With the fire now gone, and no source of heat, she noticed how cold it could get at night."Ok, we better get some sleep now." Jana said, stepping into the tent. She looked around and stopped midstride. This was no ordinary tent. The inside was like their cabins, only smaller. You would never guess that it was the inside of a tent.
"Wow. Ge, Darla, this really is some tent." Jana commented and collapsed onto the couch.
Luna looked at Jake, "you okay sharing the tent with three girls?"

Darla puffed up proudly. "It's totally like the ones in Harry Potter." She said. Jake snorted and lay on one of the random cushions lying around. "It's cool as long as it's okay with you three." He said, answering Luna's question.
"Well then, you can sleep on the bed in the corner. As long as you dont snore, I'm sure we won't experience too many difficulties." Jana said.She got up and pressed the button on the side of the couch, turning it into a bed.
"I shotgun this sofa-bed thingy. You guys can sleep on the bunkbeds." Jana said, settling under the covers of the sofa-bed.
Darla climbed on the top bunk and snuggled under the duvet. She had 'borrowed' everything and would have to send it back in the morning. She hoped she didn't get in trouble but doubted they would care as long as she sent it back.
"Ok, guess it's time for lights out... Or does anyone fel like sharing a ghost story?" Jana said.
Luna snuggled into a bed, "I think we should rest, we have a long day ahead of us.." She suggested, knowing it would be difficult to convince the Oliver look alike to do what they wanted.
"Night!" Darla said quickly, hiding under the covers. She hated ghost stories.
"Hmm... ok then. Lights out it is." Jana said, and turned off the lights. She walked back to the bed and fell asleep as soon as she hit the covers.
Jake snickered before turning over on his pillow to sleep.
Luna was up a bit longer. She hoped Alex and Nyx would be alight, and that Felicia was okay.. Kiki would take care of her, right? Guilt overflowed in Luna's body; she had hurt Felicia and couldn't even find her to apologize.Luna's eyes slowly closed and she drifted off to sleep.
Darla fell asleep slowly, thinking about everything that had happened to Luna and her friends.
The next morning after everyone was up Darla got rid of the amazing tent and they continued on their way, following the compass while Jana and Jake bickered over which way they were supposed to go.

"Ok, I know the compass is pointing the other way, but I know a shortcut!" Jake wailed."Oh really? A shortcut to where? Another bear's den?" Jana asked, with ther eyebrows raised, challenging Jake to contradict her.
"Oh c'mon! That was an accident, I said I was sorry!"
"Oh right, I suppose you "accidently" took a wrong turn while you were convinced that you knew another "short-cut"." She rolled her eyes.
"You know what, you better leave all the hard navigating work to me, okay?" Jana said sweetly, knowing well enough that it was infuriating Jake.
Luna but her lip. She hopped they wouldn't say anything that hurt the other person's feeling to bad.
Jana flipped her hair, and walked forward."Ok, according to this, we have to keep walking for- AHHH" Jana screamed and ralized she had fallen into a pit in the ground. The wet soil clung to her clothes and the faint smell of petrichor suffocating her.
"What the hell...?"
She looked up and saw the pit was quite deep, maybe about 10ft. Suddenly Jake's head popped into view, followed by Luna's and Darla's.
"Had it all under cover eh? Totally knew where you were going right?" Jake said, grinning.
Jana rolled her eyes, "Just shutup and get me outta here."
"Where did that pit come from... I mean if there was a huge whole in the ground, we would have surely spotted it, right?" Darla said.
"Well yeah, I dont think it was there before... All I saw were a pile of leaves.... shoot! Thats the oldest trick in the book!" Jana exclaimed
"What? What book? English please." Jake said.
"I meant, this was no accident..." Jana said.
"Oh! like in that cartoon that Nyx watches. They dig a whole, and conceal it with a pile of leaves, so the unsuspecting victim fall into it." Luna explianed.
Jana nodded. She tried to stand up, but blinding, hot pain shot up her ankle. She groaned and collapsed to the ground.
"Uhh guys. I may have twisted my ankle.... Well that's inconvenient."
"You have got to be kidding me." Jake groaned. He knew he couldn't heal her so the best he could do was help her walk.... Which meant she probably couldn't navigate. Hah.
Luna bit her lip, "what are we going to do..?"
"Well first, how bout I try to get out of this big smelly hole..." Jana started and everyone laughed"what? oh real mature guys." Jana said rolling her eyes. She transormed into a small bird and flew out of the pit. She tried to land as safely as possible without disturbing her foot, and she transformed back.
"Um... Darla? Is there some sort of witchy spell you can use to fix up my leg?" Jana asked
"Sorry, I'm not good with healing things..... Unless you're okay with blue bones and see through skin." Darla said.
Luna's eyes widened at the thought. She looked Jana over and held back a slight giggle at the thought of what Caleb would think of seeing her insides and blue bones.
"Ugh, fine. Whatever. I guess it doesn't hurt too much. Im sure it'll be fine." Jana said. She tried to walk and hissed as the pain sliced through her ankle. She took a deep breath and clenched her jaw, trying to not show any weakness. "Ok- I- This'll have to do-" Jana started but collapsed immediatly as she tried to take another step. She gingerly put some weight onto the injured leg and winced. She rolled her eyes and huffed in annoyance. REally, out of all the dangerous things I hav done, a stupid sprained ankle takes me down? She thought with a shake of her head. She transformed into a small bird and took flight, immediatly feeling better since there was no longer any pressure on her leg.
But I cant keep flying forever... The pain was still there but not as extreme as when she was trying to walk.
"And we're off again." Darla said as they started walking, following Jake again. After half the day had passed Darla stopped them abruptly. "No one move a muscle." She said, freezing where she stood.
"Kinda hard to do that when you're flying." Jana muttered. She swooped into a tree and gently settled down, peering through the leaves.
"There's a spell around here that detects movement." Darla said, her mouth barely moving as she spoke.
Jana looked around expecting to see someone or something attack them. But nothing happened. They stayed frozen for a couple of seconds, before Jana began talking"Well. Can you 'unspell' it.. Or like 'de-spell' it???" Jana asked.
"I'm trying. Hold still." Darla muttered.
Luna watched everyone and wondered when life got so dramatic. She thought of Alex and Nyx and hoped they would be alright..She looked to Jana then Jake, "when do you think my parents will be back for Alex?" she asked worriedly, her eyes going a pail yellow.
"To kill him? Who knows." Jake said gravely. Darla suddenly sighed and slumped. "There. That ought to do it." She said.
Luna nodded, "are we close? to the Oliver look-alike?"
"I think so unless you know of another reason there would be a detection spell up in the middle of the forest." She said.
Luna frowned, "thanks for making me feel stupid," she muttered.
Darla flushed. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to." She said.
Luna hugged herself and shrugged, "it's fine..." She suddenly just wanted to go home..
"Are we going or not?" Jake asked, his voice low so he didn't sound impatient.
Luna nodded, "ya.." She looked at everyone, "dumbs on not going first!"
"I'll go." He said and started forward slowly. They must be getting close if there was a spell up.
Luna fallowed Jake closely, her eyes a misty colour. She was more then a little nervous and very frightened.

Thy walked for a half hour before coming upon a normal looking chain link fence.
Luna looked at the fence in awe, shed seen plenty of fences but was amazed for some reason.
"Are you okay Luna?" Darla asked, her brow furrowed in confusion at the awed look.
Luna nodded, "ya, I'm alright," she said as she shook her head slightly, "are we going to climb it?" She asked worriedly, "cuz I can't climb fences..."
"Um... We can probably just tear through it." She said uncertainly.
Luna nodded, "does anyone have wire cutters?"
"What? Why would we have wire.... Nevermind." Jake started then trailed off when he saw Darla digging through her bag and pulling out a pair of them..
She smiled, "and you thought I was crazy!" She crossed her arms over her chest in an 'I'm awesome' kind of way.
