Author's name is incorrect

The above mentioned book is listed in two different places on goodreads with two different names. The author of Confederacy of Silence is Richard Rubin, not Richard E. Rubin. Additionally this author is linked to other books that he did not write. Ricard Rubin, this author, has written: American History 101, Confederacy of Silence and The Last of the Doughboys: a Forgotten Generation and Their Forgotten War pub date May 21, 2013. Please correct these errors as soon as possible. Thank you!

Edit: mostly done, I think. It looks like 'Richard E.' also wrote books without the 'E'. Not to mention that two other Richard Rubins write medical books. I'll finish off later. Jobs to do.
