Jake Harding | 14 comments Hmmm, I guess this is a better place to pose questions and whatnot then in the thread I made called March. Ummmm, I'm thinking that we should keep this spoiler free as best we can, sooooo, with that in mind:

Question: Why would the cymeks not have simply destroyed the different hubs of omnius' existence to get rid of him? If he's forbidden from harming the Titans, why wouldn't they just physically destroy it. And to that end, why not Omnius create machines that don't have the same programming limitations that it does regarding the Titans?

William Panting | 1 comments It might be a spoiler, they talk about Omnius' psychology later. As for the Titans, I think it's just the cost of failure. If they don't take out all of Omnius at once they'll have a real war on their hands.

The update ships pose a problem.

Jake Harding | 14 comments But even still, if Omnius is forbidden by some deep encoding from harming one of the cymeks, they could just systematically search out and kill each of his selfs. Also to that, if Omnius is a thinking machine, what's to stop a different machine from killing off the cymeks. Asimovs 3 laws coming out behind the scenes or something?
